Thank you for shopping at Pound Kingdom. We understand you may not be entirely satisfied with your product(s) and you may have changed your mind! Don’t worry, we are here to help!
We wan you to be happy with your shopping experience but we appreciate sometimes you have a change of heart. If you would like to return any of the items from your purchase, you are eligible to do so within 14 days from the date you received your order, as long as it returned in it’s original condition. All you will require is the order confirmation and will be happy to exchange the product(s) or issue a refund.

Can I return an item or items?
Although we try to make every effort to accurately represent our products through our images and description of items listed on our website, if you decide you would like return any item(s) from your purchase please contact hello@poundkingdom.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a returns authorisation from a member of our team who will advise you further on how to return your item(s). Please note, without contacting our team for a returns authorisation may result in a delayed process.
We will be unable to cover shipping costs for returned items and would advise you to retain proof of shipping when returning packages. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will be able to issue a refund on items which are in their original, re-sellable condition. We are unable to issue any refunds for items which have been used or damaged by the customer.
A full refund for the cost of the product(s) minus shipping costs will be made after inspection of the product(s), back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date we receive your returns for the refund to be processed.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your complete order within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order for a full product refund plus a refund of the standard basic cost of shipping. You will however be responsible for the return shipping costs and you must retain proof of shipping. You then have 14 days from the date of your cancellation to return the complete order in its original packaging. This right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packaging and re-sellable condition.

How do I return my item(s)?
Once you have return authorisation from us, you may post the item(s) back to us to be processed.
Please include your full name, email address and order number with a list of the items you will be returning.
Parcels will need to be posted back to us at Pound Kingdom, 782 Green Lane. Dagenham, Essex, RM8 1YT.
Are there any items which cannot be returned?
In accordance with Government guidelines, we are unable to accept returns on face covering or masks.
We are also unable to accept returns on goods which have been opened from its original packaging.
What do I do if an item is faulty?
If a product(s) is faulty, you are eligible for a return in accordance with your customer rights. Please contact hello@poundkingdom.com with details of the faulty item(s) and we will arrange a return authorisation for you to return the product back to us.
Upon receipt of the item(s), if found to be faulty, we will issue a full refund for the product(s), as well as the shipping cost.
Please note, processing faulty items could take longer than a normal return.
Missing or damaged items?
We try our very best to deliver your order at a high standard and apologise if any items are missing from your delivery. If you find your order has not been fulfilled, please email us at hello@poundkingdom.com with your order number as soon as you receive your order and a member of our customer service team will help you further.
As with missing items, if you have received a damaged item(s) in your delivery, please contact us at hello@poundkingdom.com with photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) as soon as you can. A member of our customer team will review item(s) and help further with the return procedure.
