How do I make an account?
Click on “My Account” tab on the top right hand size of our website. Once you have clicked on the link you will have the option to “Create an Account”. From here you will be required to fill in your personal details and follow the steps to complete registration.
How do I Track my order?
One you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been picked and dispatched you will receive a further email with the courier’s details and a tracking number which will allow you to check the progress of your parcel.
What do I do if the item received is incorrect or damaged?
We try our very best to deliver your order at a high standard and apologise if any items are missing from your delivery. If you find your order has not been fulfilled, please email us at hello@poundkingdom.com with your order number as soon as you receive your order and a member of our customer service team will help you further.
Can I return an item or items?
Although we try to make every effort to accurately represent our products through our images and description of items listed on our website, if you decide you would like return any item(s) from your purchase please contact hello@poundkingdom.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a returns authorisation from a member of our team who will advise you further on how to return your item(s). Please note, without contacting our team for a returns authorisation may result in a delayed process.
We will be unable to cover shipping costs for returned items and would advise you to retain proof of shipping when returning packages. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will be able to issue a refund on items which are in their original, re-sellable condition. We are unable to issue any refunds for items which have been used or damaged by the customer.
A full refund for the cost of the product(s) minus shipping costs will be made after inspection of the product(s), back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date we receive your returns for the refund to be processed.
Do I need to make an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However once you have registered, you will save time on future orders and be kept up to date with all of our latest promotions and new arrivals.
How do I sign up to Poundkingdom.com Newsletters?
If you have an account with Poundkingdom.com and wish to be signed up to receive our Newsletter, then you can subscribe using the Newsletter Subscriptions option found in ‘My Account’.
If you do not have an account with Poundkingdom.com, but you still want to receive our Newsletter, then you can subscribe by filling in your email address on our homepage in the tab below “Subscribe to Newsletters.”
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend any orders once they have been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your complete order within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order for a full product refund plus a refund of the standard basic cost of shipping. You will however be responsible for the return shipping costs and you must retain proof of shipping. You then have 14 days from the date of your cancellation to return the complete order in its original packaging. This right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packaging and re-sellable condition.
